1. GENERAL AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as “Terms”, determine the procedure for the use of the webpage www.lamoodbox.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Website". LTD LA MOOD BOX, reg. no. LV42103091222, address: 21-7 Juras street, Carnikava, Riga region, LV-2163, hereafter called “LAMOODBOX”, provides the available content on Website, hereafter called Webpage, and provides service according to the terms that can be found in Website. Customer is a capable physical or legal person who is buying goods on the Website. By using and buying goods on the Website, it is considered that customer confirms that he / she is familiar with and agrees to comply with the Terms. If a customer purchases gift boxes, gifts, hereafter called Goods, that are offered in Website, then Terms are considered to be a legally binding document or as a distance contract and it is subject to the regulations on Distance contract, including, but not limited to European Parliament and Council Directive 97/7/EEC on the protection of customers in respect of distance contracts, “Consumer Rights Protection Law” of Republic of Latvia, and “Regulations regarding Distance Contracts” issued by The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia. LAMOODBOX reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the Terms at any time. By accessing and continuing to use the Website, the Customer agrees to any changes made to these Terms and Conditions.
LAMOODBOX team has done their best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the Goods shown on the Website. However, because the colours will depend on monitor/device settings, we can not guarantee the 100% color matching with the actual Goods.
4. THE PRICE OF THE GOODS AND PAYMENT
All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) currency. All prices include VAT (21%). Please note that all prices and product information on the Webpage may change. The Customer pays for the goods on the Website with a bank card or using a Paypal account. Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express card payments are accepted 24/7.
5. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
In order to purchase the selected item, the Customer has to choose the goods that he wants to buy and press the button "put in the cart" - after a moment, a notice of successful goods placement in the shopping cart will appear. In order to place an order, the Customer must click on the link “shopping cart.” The Customer must check the shopping cart, make sure that the selected goods and the number of items match. To place an order, click on the "Checkout" button. The next step is for the Customer to enter the data required for ordering and delivering the order (e-mail, name, surname, company (optional), address, telephone number. The Customer may place the order as a guest or create his own LAMOODBOX account. To select the delivery method, the Customer has to click on the "Choose delivery method" button. At this step, the Customer should re-check the delivery address, make corrections if the delivery address is detected, and choose the delivery method. In order to select a payment method, the Customer must click on the "Choose payment method" button. At this step, the Customer chooses the type of payment - payment with a bank card or via Paypal account. When choosing a payment with a bank card, the Customer must enter the required payment card data (all transactions are secure and encrypted). Choosing payment through a Paypal account, by clicking on "confirm payment", the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal account to safely complete his order. In addition, at this step, the Customer shall also indicate the address of the invoice - the same as the delivery address or indicates new address. By clicking on the button "confirm payment" the Customer will see a notification about successful order registration. If the customer wishes to make an order change, he/she must contact LAMOODBOX immediately by e-mail email@example.com or by calling to the indicated phone +37126108578 within 12 hours.
6. AVAILABILITY OF THE GOODS
The product range is available and prices are valid as long as they appear on the Website. Accessibility references are available during the ordering process. In exceptional circumstances, errors or changes may sometimes occur and the customer will be notified by email as soon as possible to fulfill the order in the best possible time and manner.
7. DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. LAMOODBOX goods will be delivered to Customer by Omniva and DPD/DHL. Estimated delivery time is 2-14 (two to fourteen) business days. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. The place of delivery is considered to be the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order. The LAMOODBOX team will do its best to inform the Customer of any unexpected delays in delivery.

8. REFUND POLICY
The Customer has the right to withdraw the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Goods by sending LAMOODBOX a letter of refusal. Letter of withdrawal form shall be sent to the Customer by e-mail at the Customer's request. It is the Customer's responsibility to return the goods to LAMOODBOX within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses incurred in returning the item back to LAMOODBOX will be covered by LAMOODBOX. LAMOODBOX agrees to return the money paid for the goods or to replace the goods if they are returned unpacked, all labels are clean, the product is clean and not damaged and with the original packaging.
The buyer may not use the right of withdrawal if:
- the goods ordered cannot by their nature be returned, they are perishable or are quickly used;
- ordered goods are made directly to the Customer on individual order.
LAMOODBOX reserves the right to refuse the right of withdrawal for the Customer or to withhold compensation in the event of damage to the goods or inappropriate handling of the product during use, or failure to comply with the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or if its packaging is seriously damaged. If the Customer wishes to change the ordered goods, he must attach a receipt or invoice and a letter indicating the Customer's name, last name and the reason why the Customer wishes to return the particular item. The Customer must also indicate if he wants to receive another goods. The goods must be returned to: LA MOOD BOX Ltd., address: 21-7 Juras street, Carnikava, Riga region, LV-2163. The LAMOODBOX team will contact the Customer to help resolve the situation.
9. AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE NEWS IN E-MAIL
By agreeing to the Terms, the customer agrees to receive notices, contracts, order data and other information from LAMOODBOX via e-mail. By placing an order, the Customer may choose if he/she wishes to receive additional marketing information from the Website. All LAMOODBOX customers have the right to refuse of receiving marketing information by clicking on the link "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the e-mail.
